If you are checking out while logged into your my VENISBUTA  account, you can use your saved addresses in your address book on the VENISBUTA store. However, for security reasons and customer protection, your payment information is not retained. You will need to provide this information for every order. You can view and update your shipping addresses by accessing the address book in your store account.

The shipping rates for online orders are calculated based on the total quantity of all the devices in your cart, your shipping destination, and your ship from location. rates are subject to change. Please use the table below to estimate the shipping rate for expected charges during checkout.

When placing an order , we are required to verify that the address submitted are possible for shipping by our Shipping agencies. The systems used for validation require all names and addresses to be in English.

During the checkout process, you have the option to enter a different billing address by selecting “use a different billing address” at the bottom of the “shipping and billing address” section.

ORDERING FAQs

There are some different method by selecting the product and choosing payment option, there are several ways to pay. PayPal, Pioneer, Bank Payments and digital currencies. If you pay by Bank Payment method, the bank information of Venisbuta company will be displayed on the payment page. You must send payment receipt through WhatsApp to the company’s support team. In case of payment by Pioneer method, Pioneer account information will be displayed on the payment page. You must pay the Payment ID via WhatsApp to the company’s support team after your payment.

Your tracking number will be sent in order status updates and order fulfilled emails. 

We attempt to fulfill orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, delivery may take up to 5-10 business days after shipment. Shipments originating from our Turkiye warehouse for delivery to U.S. addresses will be delivered in 4 business days excluding weekends if placed by 4:00 Central Standard Time. 

The speed with which we process orders makes it difficult to cancel an order. Therefore, simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee an order can be canceled.  If you would like to request an order cancellation, please create a new case with customer support.

 If you receive an order that has been approved for cancellation, please do not open the box and respond to your case with customer support.
